It is undeniably true that bullying is a serious issue in many schools. While I believe there could be several main causes of this unpleasant phenomenon, I can propose some viable sulotions to tackle this problem.
In my opinion, some important factors play significant roles to casue bullying problem in schools. Firstly, a number of students want to draw attention of their peers by making fun of others. For example, they want to show others how much they can be a funny person, and in order to prove that, they start mocking another classmate. Secondly, it is an inherent desire and common stage of life in many teenagers to laugh at each other and sometimes to bully others. However, after a couple of years of growth, their personality will usually experience some changes and they can act more grown-up. Finally, some students suffer from abnormalities like social anxiety disorder and low self-esteem. Following their psychological disease , they cannot properly defend themselves against bullying and they are prone to be usuall victims of harrasments in schools.
In my point of view, various actions can be taken to surmount bullying problems in schools. First of all, teachers and parents can raise schoolers’ awareness about avoiding such bad behaviours and teach them those actions are against humanity values because can hurt others’ feelings devastatingly. Furthermore, I believe that passing laws regarding strict punishments of bullying in schools can act as deterrants and show students that bullying will not be tolerated. For example, temporary suspension from school can be a suitable and serious penalty for bullying in schools. Eventually, schools can search to identify victims of bullying to inform them privately about their rights as humans, and educate them how to react to those rude behaviours.
In conclusion, I think there are several route reasons for bullying problem in many schools, and various actions can be taken by schools and parent to sovle this common problem.
