I've never really considered that. I guess my country doesn't provide a good public education because it depends on whether it's at my school or at different types of schools. For example, at my friend's school, most of the students don't respect their teachers, so if a person wants to learn, they have to respect their tutors or teachers. However, it also depends on school systems, such as the learning method or how the teachers behave. I think we need to take this into account.
