Portrayed in the given illustration is the cheese-making process. There are eight steps included, in which cheese is produced from the unpurified milk to the final products on sale.
At the outset, unprocessed milk is stored in a specialized vessel, along with the bacteria, commences the acidification step; during the process, designated enzyme is included in the solidification of the milk and the translation of it into curds. After the dairy precipitation is cut into minimum spheres, the heating and draining step succeeds, where milk curds are drained from whey in a large pot at a moderate heat. Plain cheese, once the step completes, is transferred to a large open-topped bowl, and salt is applied for flavors.
In the following step, the unshaped blocks of cheese get on an automated conveyor belt, and then these are molded into solid cylinders. These cheese wheels, after undergoing a passage of two-month fermentation, become available for human consumption. Prior to being retailed at retail outlets, the products have gone through the pre-final stage, where they are placed in various packages to serve for multiple purposes.
