The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process of cheese. Overall, the process consists of 9 stages, begining with raw milk and bacteria and ending with the distribution of produced cheese to shops.
The first stage starts with the acidification of raw milk by mixing it with bacteria in a specific container. Then, through a chemical component called tenzyme, milk solidify into cubes of curds. After that, the curds are sliced into smaller pieces. The next two stages involve heating and draining the chunks in a pot over high heat, then adding salt to the mixture.
Furthermore, the mixture is pressed by a specialized machine to shape it into the wanted shape. Then, the cheese is stored for two month untill it is fermented and emits the unique odor of cheese. In the final stages the produced cheese is packaged appropriately, and later on distributed to shops to be bought by the consumers.
