On having an overview it is vivid that it is a man-made process, beginning with the acidification of raw milk and bacteria and ends with dilevering cheese to shape.
Firstly, raw milk was filled in a bottle and acidification started. Then the curd was made with the help of tenzyme. After this the curd was cut into small pieces. In forth step in the small pieces of curd was were heated in veesle.
Afterwards, salt was mixed in it. After this cheese was shaped in equal sizes with the help of a machine. In the seventh step it was fermentation for 2 months. Then the cheese was packed. Finally it were dilevered to shops they need it.
