The process illustrates the production of cheese from raw milk. Overall, there are nine stages involved, starting from acidification process and ending with packaging of the finished product before it is sold in shops.
Looking at the details, the first step is acidification of raw milk, during which bacteria and enzyme are added. Once the raw milk has been acidified, it forms curds. Next, curds are cut into small pieces, and they are heated and drained in a pot. Afterwards, salt is added to the curds and then, they are shaped into round forms by a special machine.
The next step is the fermentation of shaped cheese in a chamber for roughly two months. Subsequently, the finished product is packaged into boxes and then, it is delivered to shops for sale.
