Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding my three-month internship in your organisation in the not-too-distant future.

I want to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to get work experience at NoName Hotel. With my attention to detail, proactive behaviour and responsible attitude to work I can bring new ideas to make your business processes better. At the same time I would like to learn more about customer service, booking applications, selling methods and project management. I am sure these soft and hard skills will help me to defend my diploma and contribute to the development of NoName Hotel.
