Overall, the restaurant on Georgia Street has the biggest number of transactions and transaction value compared to the other two. While the fewest transactions can be seen on Drake Street. Furthermore, each branch has its own best-selling item.
According to the chart, the branch located on Georgia Street yielded the most sales, there were 854 transactions, consisting of 405 dine-in and 449 takeaway transactions. On the contrary, the Drake Street branch has significantly lower sales, roughly half of that in Georgia Street (390), with most of the customers eating inside. However, the transaction value was almost the same in these two branches, $9.02 and $10.69 respectively.
Although the number of transactions in Dunsmuir Street was relatively high, 750 on average, this branch has the lowest transaction value, which was $5,61. In terms of the most popular items sold were burgers in Georgia, wings in Dunsmuir, and pasta in Drake.
