Band 4: The following map details a town now and a purposed future layout. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample)

The map shows Information about a city in a present day and the plan for future development.

After analysing the maps it can be clearly seen that, the air field area at the northwestern side will be replaced with new industrial estate . Furthermore, there are no changes observed for the railway at the northeastern corner.

Further, the maps also indicate that the straight line of A2 in the west side will be remain unchanged for the further years . Additionally, the roundabout is connected to the town centre directly, whilst in new planning another roundabout will be constructed. Moreover, in recent times there is no other connection between town centre and A2 line but for upcoming year A4 line is extended from the town centre to A2 line and connecting with that . At the same site of southwestern area a gas station is available which shows no changes in plan . Lastly, the build up area of ring road also same as above respectively.

Overall, a whole area will have undergone a minor renovation with new infrastructure like industry , roads and all . The major manufacturing in this plan is a new highway will be constructed from the town centre leading out of the city .
