The diagrams illustrate how to create clothes from recycled plastic bottles.
Overall, the process comprises a number of steps, from collecting used plastic bottles, through several sorting, compressing, crushing and heating stages, to producing a variety of products.
At the beginning of the process, used plastic bottles are collected, after which they are loaded onto trucks and transported to the factory. Then these bottles are checked and sorted to make sure that they are qualified for the production, with those being ineligible would be removed. Subsequently, the qualified plastic bottles are compressed into square blocks before being crushed into small pieces by means of a crusher, and then these plastic pieces are dropped into large tanks to wash away the dirt on them.
The process continues with pellets being produced from plastic pieces by a specialized machine, with the next step involving heating the pellets under high temperature to vaporize the steam so that raw material is formed. At the final stage of the process, the raw material is consumed to create various products such as: clothes, bottles, handbags, and so on. This process repeats all over again.
