The given table delineates an information about gender, marital status and age of employees in the retail and manufacturing industries in one country. The calibration of the data is done in the percentage.
Overall, it can be observed that majority of individuals who works at a manufacturing industries are male. Whereas in retail sector, percentage of the females are the highest.
Firstly, in the retail industries, 47% workers are male. However, number of female workers for the same sector are major which accounts for 53%. In contrast, male individuals at manufacturing industries are more than female individuals. Moreover, population of married employees in both industrial sectors are higher with figure shows 61% and 69% respectively. Whereas, 39% single employees belongs to retail industries and 31% at manufacturing industries.
Secondly, most of employees in both sectors are belongs to age group of 28 to 51 years. In addition to this, only 4% workers in retail sector are over 62 years old and for manufacturing sector number increased by 2%. Finally, an avererge age of employees in retail industry sector is 40 years old whereas for manufacturing industries it is 44 years old.
