The chart shows information about the amount of screentime that is used by boy and girl in term of chatting on the internet and playing on games console in the UK.
It is clear that, playing on games console is more popular than chatting on the internet. It is noticeble that, the boy’s creentime is higher than that of girl.
In the UK, the number of girls that spend time on chatting on the internet is higher than that of boy, about 14 percentage. The percentage of the time of chatting that is less than an hour by the boys is as high as the girls, at 26% and 24% respectively while that of the 1 to 3 hour and 4 hour plus by girls are extremely higher than boys, about 60%, 69% and 51% and 55%, exceed to the average of that people in the UK ( by 4% and 5% ).
By contrast the chatting, the boys’s time to playing games is so highest than the girls’s time, by 35% and even, it is so higher than average of that people in the UK, by 16%. The figure of the girls that playing games less than an hour is so greater than the boys is that, about 37% and 30% respectively. While, the percentage of the time that use in playing game from 1 to 3 hours is so larger among boys than girls, by 23%, and even so that that of the boy in 4 hours plus is under twice as high as that of the girls and exceed to average peoples in the UK by 16%.
