To be honest, I don't have a clear idea of what the basic salary for a teacher should be. But I think right now, a teacher earns around 10,000 to 20,000 baht in Thailand. I do believe they should earn more because this impacts how the government allocates funds for teachers. I think if they can increase salaries for teachers, they should do so because this occupation requires them to sacrifice their time and share their knowledge with students to help them grow in the future.
