I don't think teachers are paid enough in my country. Teaching is the most important profession because it shapes the young generation, but unfortunately, they are often underpaid and undervalued. Teachers work long hours preparing lessons, grading papers, and supporting students beyond the classroom. Increasing their salary would not only show respect for their efforts but also motivate them to perform better. Moreover, better pay would attract talented individuals to the profession, which would improve the overall quality of education.
