Dear Mr. Jackson,

I hope you are well. As one of the attendants of the “Oktoberfest” event, I am writing to you to give some suggestions for the next events. First of all, I honestly enjoyed the event that took place last weekend since I consider that it was well-organized, the musicians demonstrated to be highly talented, and the food was delicious, especially the Radler beer and the Pretzels. However, I noticed some opportunities to improve for the following events. For instance, the tables were extremely close to each other that made it difficult and even dangerous to walk through them. I would recommend setting a proper distance between tables to enable an easy transit and prevent accidents. Additionally, there were not enough portable bathrooms, which generated a long queue and some problems with the assistants under high levels of alcohol that needed to use them urgently. I hope my comments are well received in order to improve the experience of your customers including myself, who really enjoy this cultural event.
