Overall, the costs on residential phone services saw the upward trend thorough this period, while the costs related to cell phone services experienced the downward trend between 2001 and 2010.

In 2001 the residential phone services expenditures were almost 700 dollars, the figure plummeted dramatically and exceeded 500 dollars in 2006. In the meantime, considered expenditures sharply declined to 490 dollars in 2007. Then the pattern fluctuated between 2007 and 2010 and dropped to 400 dollars in 2010.

On the other hand the cell phone services costs noticed the lowest number at 200 dollars in 2001, then the figure reached to 300 dollars in 2002 and remained steadily until to 2003.
