Nowadays many people face challenges while trying to get access to healthcare services and local people living in rustic areas are even more vulnerable to them. This reveals, that healthcare regulations do have a space for improvement in order to increase life quality of all human beings. Therefore, main issues in healthcare systems will be discussed below with further suggestions to eliminate them.
To begin with, there is a huge problem caused by the lack of medical service workers and professionals in hospitals located in countryside. The root cause of this situation is often that many local people living in rural areas move to larger cities due to the better work options that offer higher salaries and opportunities for career growth in there. Consequently, there are not enough experienced workers in medical area in rural areas to offer high quality services for local people. Moreover, hospitals and healthcare centres in these areas are often not provided with high quality equipment and high-end technologies, which limits the quality of the service itself as well. This also leads to the issue of inequality between people living in cities and countries, because while in urban areas almost all people have a free access to high quality medical service, in rural areas they might face many challenges.
These issues require solutions to offer an access to high quality healthcare services to all people equally as it is one of the basic human rights. First of all, governments have to ensure that local people in rural areas have the same job conditions as people in cities. Thus, there will be no reason for people to migrate from countries to towns and therefore the problem associated with the lack of experts in medical area in rustic areas will be no longer actual. Additionally, supplementary funds need to be allocated in order to equip hospitals with all needs and technologies. It must be done so hospitals are enabled to offer any kind of medical service to eliminate any inconveniences. A case in point would be that there were situations when an urgent help was required but the local hospitals simply did not have needed equipment and patients had to travel to the cities.
