The visual information comprises pictures depicting the Grange park development in the year 1920 compared to nowadays.
Overall,it can be clearly seen that a park has been changed, the most noticeable being the increase in facilities, the elimination of seats, music podium, fountain and rose gardens. On the contrary, there has been the construction of large stage for concert and playground.
In 1920,in the south of the park, where Eldon street is located there was previously the rose garden, between two seats. On the other side of the park by the glasshouse and seats stood, while situated in the north east part of the park was rose cultivation and pond for pumping plants. The main facilities of the park located in the center were stage for music activities and a huge display called fountain.
Turning to the present day map,it is obvious that the stage and fountain have all gone, being replaced by concert amphitheater and square rose gardens surrounded by seats. The glasshouse has become a decoration with water supply.Having been converted into a playground for children, the pond has now gone, while the rose garden has been removed to make a cafe.Although the two main entrances remain, new one has been built, next to the water feature which consists of vehicles park.
