Hi John,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and discomfort experienced during my stay in “Jayson hotel” near Kirk Street, last week in regard to my business trip.
To begin with, I was impressed by the services provided in your hotel, from parking assistance to grooming the room before my arrival, every service provided was with utmost care and with kindness. Not only that, but also the food served was delicious and top-notch in quality.
However, I did experience water leakage from the corners of the ceiling in my room, “Room 302” to be precise. Also, whilst I was taking shower in the mornings, I did not find any bathing accessories. It was really stressful as I had to attend business meetings on time. Therefore, I had to improvise and use whatever I had.
As a fellow regular customer, I would certainly recommend keeping a keen eye towards providing basic necessities and conducting scheduled maintenance as these can really enhance overall experience of the guests. I believe, you will definitely consider my recommendations for better accommodation facilities in the future.
Yours Faithfully,
Jacob
