The image presents a line graph depicting the average monthly change in prices of copper, nickel, and zinc for the year 2014, measured as percentage change in price compared to previous month. Copper starts at approximately -3.5% in January, peaks at approximately 5% in July, and ends at approximately 0% in December. Nickel starts at approximately -2% in January, peaks at approximately 6.5% in May, and ends at approximately -1.5% in December. Zinc starts at approximately -1.5% in January, peaks at approximately 3.5% in July, and ends at approximately -2% in December. Copper shows a consistent increase from January to July, followed by fluctuations and a decrease towards the end of the year. Nickel shows a sharp increase from April to May, followed by fluctuations with a general downward trend. Zinc shows moderate increases and decreases throughout the year with no clear overall trend. Each data point is marked by a symbol representing the respective metal, with a key provided at the bottom of the graph.

The graph represents the change in prices over the month of three different metals. These metals are copper, nickel, and zinc.
In the first two months, January and February, Nickel dominated in terms of price among other metals. Next was Zinc and then Copper. However, between January and June the price of Nickel decreased dramatically. By June its price fell the most out of three given metals. All of them maintained the same, stable price during the period between July and September. Later the value of Nickel decreased by 1% and after that increased rapidly and reached 1%. After that it remained the same.
In the beginning Copper decreased by 2,5%, after what remained unchanged for the next one month. In comparison with other materials it didn’t experience any significant change over the given time. In December it almost reached its initial value.
After a rapid growth of 2%, the cost of Zinc began to decrease. It kept that tendency until June. Throughout July, August, September and October the rate of change was roughly the same. Then it increased rapidly by 3% and kept that level.
