The graph below is depicts that during the period of 1960, 1980, and 2000 people of a European city have used various means of transportation to travel to and from work.
The most significant change that I’ve noticed is the sharp change of using cars from about 7 percent to above 35 percent in the 2000’s.
Another remarkable fact that I can mention is people used to use bike about 27 percent but this number has slightly changed to below 20 percent in 1980.
We should also consider that the usage of foot has been gradually decreased from 1960 which was 35 percent and this number fall into 10 percent in 2000 so we can tell people stopped walking and start to use their car much more as we can see.
To conclude up, the people of a European city used car more in 2000 and they travel to and from work more by their foot in 1960.
