I work in a company and they got a wonderful rule which I love the most. That rule was at the work play, this is the prohibited strike lead to gossiping about their colleagues. I love this rule because it means that discussing someone’s professional or personal matters behind their back is not allowed. First of all, I think that is important because it reduces creating a toxic work environment. So we got friendly environment there and when people talk negatively about their co-worker it leads to misunderstandings, conflicts and lack of trust among their team members. Instead of focusing on their tasks, they are just gossiping, they are done, they are worried and may become unnecessary drama there which affects overall productivity of the workers. But if someone breaks their rules there are serious consequences. At the first time they give warning, at the second time they lose their word bonuses and if they break this rule again at the third time they lose their job. This strike measures help maintain a healthy work atmosphere. So since this rule was introduced, productivity was increasingly increasing because instead of talking behind each other’s back the employees are openly discussing their problems and finding solutions together. This leads to better teamwork and collaboration and personally speaking I really like this rule because it creates a more productive and positive workplace and I feel that I feel myself comfortable because knowing that people around me are focusing on their work rather than spreading rumors and overall I believe that is one of the best rules a company can have.
