The bar charts display the whole percentage of movies published and the total ratio of ticket sales in 1996 and 2006 in a certain nation.

Overall, the percentages of films released and cinema ticket sales in 2006 are bigger than the percentages of films released and cinema ticket sales in 1996 in almost all categories. Although drama movies were the most released in 1996 and 2006, comedy movies were the leaders in cinema ticket sales.

Although the percentage of romance movies released in 1996 and 2006 are equal, the 1996 percentages of films published could not beat the 2006 ratios in other types of films like fantasy, comedy, and drama. It is noticeable that the 1996 percentage of drama films published is nearly the same as the 2006 percentage of comedy films released.

While it is clear that comedy films got the attention of the crowds as they gained the most sales in both years out of the other sorts of films, romance movie sales could not get 30% of comedy ticket sales. Unfortunately, the only category in which the year 1996 cinema ticket sales succeeded to go over the 2006 cinema ticket sales was the romance category.
