The illustrations present the current layout of Huntingdon and how it will be modified in the future.
Overall, Huntingdon will witness various transformations, most notably with the development of the road systems as well as the construction of additional railway routes and buildings.
In terms of the traffic infrastructure, the place currently has two main routes, the A1 and A14. The A1 is located alongside in the west, while the A14 intersects the aforementioned in the northwest part of the area and travels to the far bottom left corner of the map. The path travelling to the south will be removed to make room for a new roundabout, which will be found in the heart of Huntingdon. Another development regarding the road systems is the separation of Brampton Road from the A1 route along with the joining of Ring Road and the A14 roadway, both of which can be seen in the center of the map.
Concerning the other changes, as of now, the railway that goes from the south to the southeast corner is set to be extended to connect to the airfield. Although the airfield is going to be demolished and then turned into an industrial estate, most of the constructions, such as the railway station and town centre, remain intact.
