The illustrations detail modifications that are going to occur in an industrial location in the future. From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the site will become more residential with more amenities for housing purposes. Additionally, the most striking change is the transformation of the entrance and reception, and the remaining unchanged are Chimney Road, Pie Walk, and Toe Lane.
Looking from the maps in more detail, it is interesting to note that the entrance and reception to the south of the map will be split into three to be repurposed of bedrooms. Besides, there will be the alteration of the yard in front of it into the communal gardens covered by private roads. Another striking development is the proposal for the conversion of the factory into two areas including the parking site in the north-eastern area of the industrial land and the apartment in the opposite.
Concerning the remaining features, a notable change will be the destruction of the parking garages located to the south of the map for the purpose of making room for multiple offices and a canteen. Moreover, the parking will be planned to be turned into bedroom houses.
