The bar graph gives information about annual years of different age groups people who able to work in one place steadily in two different countries Europe and USA among 1985 and 2005. Overall, elders aged 35-45 were more dedicating for working in one location than adults in both of the countries and years. It is also clear that European people more stable to work in one place than USA workers, with Europe in 1985 consistently leading the pack.
In 1985, adults in Europe worked 5 years annually. 35-45 years old people, however, had maintained their work place during 7 year. Figure for USA also the same and people aged 35-45 had worked in one place 6 year while 25-35 y.o average working period showed 4 year.
If we look at the 2005, elders working period doubled to 6 and 7 year in both Europe and USA respectively, while this time period only 3 – 4 years among people that were aged 25-35 y.o
