Dear Sir /Madam,

I hope this letter finds you. My family and I are planning a gateway this weekend. We heard interesting stories about your hotel and so we planned in staying at your hotel.

We will be arriving at the hotel next week Friday at 02:00pm. So we would like to find our place ready. We plan on leaving Monday in the afternoon , because we are coming with kids and the schools are opening on Tuesday, so they need to go to school.

We would like to know about the types of accommodation available in your hotel. Because my family and I, we planned to take single room with two single bad inside and 2 double rooms.

I would like to ask on which activities are available near your hotel and places that interest people. Do you perhaps have theme park nearby? My family loves theme park a lot.
