I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about making a reservation at your seaside hotel for a weekend stay with my family.

We are planning to arrive on Friday, the 16th of May, in the afternoon, and check out on Sunday, the 18th of May. We would require two rooms—one double room for my husband and myself, and another twin room for our two children.

Kindly let me know the total cost for both rooms for the weekend, including any taxes or additional charges. We would also appreciate information about breakfast or meal packages, if available.
