Dear Andrew,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about the parking lot during nighttime; there is no empty spot for me to park my car. I’m facing this problem often, and I’m unable to park nearby the apartment.

Firstly, when I return from my work at 9PM, the parking space is already full, due to which I’m helpless to park at my parking spot, which was allotted when I signed my lease. Secondly, I also observed that 2 cars are not belonging to our space, which is directly considered as outsiders’ vehicles.

However, every night when I come back from work, I fail to find any empty spot in the parking area. As a result, I have to park far from the accommodation, which increases my efforts and time.

However, I strongly recommend looking forward about this issue and suggesting you make a report to the local authority to take action against cars that do not belong to our property.
