I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recieved during my stay at your hotel while attending a business conference last week. Although I had chosen your hotel for it’s good reputation, it’s beautiful modern rooms style and it’s convenient location, my experience was very disatisfacting.
Firstly, while checking in the front desk employee couldn’t find my name. I had to wait almost one hour while he was asking the manager how he can access the system and check all the guests names staying on this day. After, asking him about the problem and this misunderstanding, I found out he’s new at this job, not so well trained. In addition, after I arrived to my room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. The bedsheets looked untidy, the bathroom had a terrible smell, and the air conditioner was not functioning and the wifi was so poor and weak.
These problems affected negatively my business trip. Because of the delay at check-in, I almost skipped the conference and arrived 5 mins late. I was on so much rush, that it caused me to stress and felt so tired. Furthermore, the next day, I had another online meeting and it was a disaster with this poorly wifi connection.
I would appreciate if you reconsider these issues and improve the quality of your services. I also belive that I should get a refund of my stay due to the unprofessional services and my bad experience with your well known hotel.
