Hello, hope this message finds you well. The reason of my writing is to express my dissatisfaction with your hotel service. I had a booking of 16th and 17th march due to my business trip to Paris. The reason I booked Hotel Linda was because my conference building was on the fifth avenue and your hotel happens to be on the same place just at a walk of four-minute from the conference building.
Although, the staff of your place was very friendly and polite but I encountered some really annoying problems. The bedsheet was old. While I was taking shower, I discovered that shampoo sachet was missing. Moreover, the faucet fell on my toe which caused me great pain especially during my presentation. Furthermore, the juice I ordered had an un-pleasant smell.
I would recommend you to review your hotel management and especially the cleaning department. It would be appreciable if you compensate me one fourth of 800 dollars I paid you for the stay.
