I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with the hotel services. I stayed here from 2nd February to 4th February for my business meeting.
I was quite annoyed with the hospitality in your hotel. Firstly, the room was messed up completely and there was trash in the room which made me felt terrified. Secondly, the wifi was not working properly as the downloading speed was fine but uploading pace was too bad. It was very important for me to upload some documents. Lastly, the room service was delayed every time when I was ordering food for me and it was presented uncovered that is too unhygienic.
I want you to look into this and take some prompt actions regarding this, and proper training should be given to the staff members to avoid these misrepresentation. Moreover, hire any technician to look into the internet facility. Along with that, I need you to refund the money for my stay because it was unsatisfactory for me.
