I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the sightseeing tour service arranged by your company.
On the 5th of March, I booked a trip to Munnar Hill Station for sightseeing a sunrise-to-sunset tour for three people. The reason for choosing your company service for the tour was because of the positive customer reviews and researching the company’s official website.
Unfortunately, the tour was not as expected. It was very disappointing from my personal experience and the services offered did not match the standards of the company. Firstly, the bus arranged for pickup and drop-off from the hotel to the site of sunrise and sunset viewpoint was late. Secondly, the food arranged for the travelers was less in quantity and quality.
In my opinion, it is a humble suggestion to the management to look into such matter personally and lastly, increase the number of staff as per the number of tourists for giving better experience to each client.
