Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter about my satisfaction related to the tour of Mussoorie on which I went through your tour company.

I have been always fascinated with about the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand State and I decided to explore the mountains and other visiting sites of Mussoorie. One of my friend Harsh suggested about your travel company, Sunrise Travels for this journey. In addition, I also checked your official website on various social media apps and Google. From there I came to know that your organisation have great rating of customer satisfaction.

The tour guide who was hired for us had not enough knowledgeable about the place. He always confused and waste the lot of time. However, I am not denying that your company provided delicious and quality of food. But unfortunately the company fell short from my expectation. Moreover, the tour guide was not communicating effectively due to language barrier as he know on the English.

I would like to suggest you that a company should hire the guide who have enough knowledge about a particular place as well as communication well in local and national language.
