Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Cara. I came across your gorgeous hotel in Gold Coast on the newspaper when I was planning for a weekend getaway with my parents and sister. As we are looking for a resort at the seaside, we are extremely intrigued by your hotel and we would like to know more about your hotel before we confirm our reservation.

First of all, my family will arrive on Friday, 5th July and leave on Sunday 7th July, so we are planning to spend 2 nights at the hotel. The four of us will like to stay in 2 rooms, as our parents will share a double room while my sister and I will share a double room. One of the main reasons why we choose your hotel is its proximity to the ocean, so it would be great if our rooms are would have a sea view, where we can wake up to the rhythmic sound of crashing waves. I would appreciate it if you could share with me how much this would cost.

We also saw on the newspaper advertisement that there are a plethora of activities and places of interest near the hotel. Would you mind give me some recommendations so we could make the most out of our stay at your hotel?
