The diagram shows the special method of making ceramic pots. Overall, the process includes of two main steps: the initial obtaining of raw materials and processing them, followed by forming and designing ceramic pots. Notably, the whole process is complex and requires special equipment.
Firstly, raw materials are sourced by excavator. Subsequently, raw materials are transported to the factory by lorry, where the process begins. Huge chunks of clay placed in special crushing machines and crushed into crumbs. After all, the chopped mass is transferred to large pots for particle mixing with water before being poured into molds. The substance is dried for 4-6 hours until hardening.
During the next part of the process, assembled clay pots are designed. Once the clay pots have been heated in an oven over 1000 degrees Celsius and they are colored putting them into a bucket full of paint. Finally the clay pots are fired again to harden and achieve a beautiful shape.
