In this contemporary world, most of us are working professionals does not get leisure time for physical activities during the day which results in various health issues such as gaining weight, cardiovascular problems.

In their busy schedule people often forget the importance of exercise and choose to relax in their free time. Typically each and every person bound with numerous responsibilities and also involved in work related stress. Most of them spend their time with colleagues or co-workers at the workplace dealing with critical situations which can help them to stay mentally fit but it does not enable to stay physically fit. In todays generation, many youngsters work in multi national companies who has to work for seven to eight hours sitting in a chair and working by looking at the screen all through the day. This can lead to bad posture and huge impact on spinal cord. In this process, many adopt different lifestyle to reduce stress like smoking, drinking now and then which also has its own effects on human body. The above reasons are applicable to all of us irrespective of gender. But in some cases like workers who are working in mining industry, automobile industries has some jobs which consists of physical work.

To promote health and to spread awareness about the safety one should get involved in basic exercise which can help them to stay fit through out the day. Everyone should consume healthy and nutritious food to get all the nutrients and vitamins needed for an individual. It has colossal impcat on metabolism and produces enough white blood cells which can fight with dangerous bacteria which makes you ill. Government and various social welfare organisations should run campaigns to encourage people to have frequent check ups and get to know about their health condition.

In conclusion, everyone has to be aware of their health and take necessary actions like eating nutritious diet, making exercise as a part of their life. Apart from their busy work schedule, everyone has the responsibilty to maintain and promote health and its benefits.
