Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment about the new monthly pricing model. The sudden increase is not even manageable, it has gone up from 2,800 Rupees to 5,000 Rupees per month. The monthly subscription fees has almost doubled. It is too much for consumers. This sudden increase is also not acceptable from the leading car insurance brand. Furthermore, a professional and an ethical company always issues a proper notice to its consumers prior to the ‘with effect from date’ but the corporation did not, very unexpected.
Moreover, the pricing model should be revised due to the losing consumer base. I am very sure that the company will lose a lot of customers because of this decision. For instance, all of my friends have cancelled the insurance subscription.
I request the company to firmly act upon my letter and I strongly believe that the company will not make the same mistake ever again.
Yours sincerely,
Rishi Ratan Pandey
Your car insurance company has told you that they are going to increase the amount you have to pay in insurance for your car each month. You are not happy about this.
