Overall, the graph shows significant upward trend towards participation of men in Senior Development for the three companies. It is clearly visible that IBM has the highest participation, followed by Microsoft, and finally Apple.
By 2010, a large proportion of men participated in IBM companies with 80%, however, before this dramatic increased, only 10% of them participated in 1990 and almost no one during 1980 and 1985 with just 2%.
On the other hand, the rate of participation in men in Senior Development among Microsoft and Apple companies steadily increased also, with nearly 10% and 15% at the start of the period to over 40% and 25% in 2010, respectively. Hence, making Microsoft company as second and Apple as third with the most men participants in senior development.
