Well, we have all seen people who don't care about their actions and behaviors in public places. This could be due to the background of their family and the adopted value system, as well as behavior from the family being very poor. It showcases the lack of morality and empathy of that person. This can make other people feel inconvenienced and prompt them to leave that place as soon as possible.
