Well today I’ll let you talk about an interesting conversation that I have ever had in my life. In my memory set me right about two years ago. Me and my friends we had a really attractive conversation about advantages of cell health book and the book that we want you wanted to talk about mainly is how to stop worrying and start living off Dale Conegine’s one of the most famous self-help book of all time and we believed that this book is not that impractical like the way that people usually assume it and besides so happy to us to turn the other cheek and easily get over a lot of hardship and seem everything like they so hassle-free and we is making us feel like we have been now courage to handle everything in our life and especially on you know so have us to forget our distress and our like a lot of things that we feel uncomfortable in our life is not just at work but so in our family and I think it’s such a really really valued mental therapy for our spirit and whenever we read that book we feel like it’s such make us feel it just make it feel like we are in our comfort zone and looking back it’s absolutely like a really worthwhile investment and I hope that in the future we have more and more people read this book and learn how to live happily without dealing with any anxiety in their life and yeah
