I think it's important for people to remember their own birthdays and their loved ones' birthdays. These are special occasions that can create great moments between individuals and help bond relationships. Another thing that should be memorized is information related to someone's profession. For example, if you are working as a graphic designer, you should memorize the basics or principles of design and how to deal with different shapes. In this way, you will impress your coworkers and employers.
