Some companies ask their staff to wear uniforms since they want to avoid any differentiation and competition between the staff members. There are some advantages and disadvantages of having uniforms at work. I could say that the advantages of wearing uniforms is that no one can feel the extra and needed competition between each other. Everyone will be treated the same and equal way. However, the disadvantages is that some people who want to show their creativity and how they dress, they can’t do it because of having uniforms. People wear traditional clothing in my country and most of the reason is that because our people respect our country a lot.
