The book I recently read is called "Think Like a Monk" by Jay Shetty. It's a book about spirituality and self-discipline, combining ancient wisdom and traditions to guide us towards a more fulfilling and peaceful life. Shetty draws on his own experiences as a monk, where he lived a completely different life than his previous career as an engineer. He was guided by a guru and immersed in a new world, which allowed him to understand the importance of a calm and peaceful mind, free from unnecessary distractions. I think people who are searching for purpose and meaning in their lives, and who are open to living a more peaceful existence, would find this book particularly interesting and enjoyable. What I love most about "Think Like a Monk" is its simplicity. The concepts are explained in a clear and practical way, making them easy to understand. The language is straightforward, and each chapter is well-structured and easy to follow. Reading this book has also shifted my own perspective and way of thinking, introducing me to new ideas and approaches to life.

We’re talking about. One of the book that I have recently read is think like a monk, which is written by Jai Seti. And in this book he has described about the importance of spirituality, like building some self discipline within ourselves. This book actually combines the, uh, concepts of ancient wisdoms and traditions for following it to the moral life and making it. Making our life easier by using those principles from those, um, ancient time. And it is actually about, uh, the time that the writer spent as a monk where he has experienced a totally different world. He was, he was an engineer and and then once he was, uh, uh, was like guided by one of his guru. And then he went there to stay as a monk. And where he has experienced totally different people, different environment. And he has clearly mentioned about the importance of our mind to be peaceful and calm instead of getting focused on other unnecessary things. And so I guess, uh, some people who are actually trying to find out some, uh, purpose and reasons in their life and are actually willing, uh, to live a peaceful life would be, uh, would find it more interesting and will definitely enjoy it. The one thing that I like most in this, uh, book is this book is so simple to understand. And everything is described in such and practical way. And the language, the complexity that has been used for explaining each and every conception, all those chapters are very simpler and very clearer. And the other thing is I also have, uh, found myself, uh, different way of thinking within. Within me, uh, after I have learned some those, ah, things from uh, this book.
