The language I have learned is English. I started to learn it when I was in primary school. But to be honest, I learned it seriously when I was in secondary school. Since I was late to start learning English seriously, the first difficulty was my vocabulary. For example, when I was having a reading test, I didn't understand over half of the words in the test. However, I put a lot of effort into overcoming it. In order to boost my lexical resources, I bought a dictionary and learned at least 30 words per day. Since my results in English subject were a disaster, and it might affect my further education, I started to learn English earnestly. Moreover, it's linked with my hobby, which is football. I want to travel to the United Kingdom and watch a match from my favorite football club. If I want to go to the United Kingdom, then English is essential because it's convenient for me to communicate with local people. Furthermore, as English is an international language, learning it well can benefit my career prospects.
