Today, I would like to talk about one book that I read recently and found a lot of benefits from. The name of this book is Atomic Habits, written by James Clear. He is an English writer and also a dramatist. This book is very essential for people of all ages and backgrounds. It also benefits our physical and mental fitness. What's more, this book is essential for quickly overcoming mental depression and improving physical fitness. I strongly believe that when people follow this book and adopt short daily habits, it creates opportunities for improvement in their whole lives. Because of this, the book is always recommended for physical and mental well-being. I am particularly fond of this book because it is very important for people from all walks of life. On the other hand, if people cannot follow this book, they may not achieve full fitness in life. This book is number one not only in our country but also one of the best sellers in the world in 2020.
