A positive change that I made recently is about my sleeping schedule. Before, I usually slept really late, often after 10 o'clock. I remember it was sometimes nearly 12 o'clock, and at that time, I was extremely exhausted, frustrated, and not ready to do anything for the next day. People should sleep for at least 8 hours, but I was only getting about 6 hours. I didn't even take a small nap in the afternoon. So, my change was to sleep more frequently and earlier. This change caused some problems with my itinerary and time management, but it has also improved my body a lot. Not only my body, but also my mental state. It helps me clear my mind and focus on many things, which plays an important role in helping me stay focused. If I don't get enough sleep, I feel sluggish, and my brain is not in the best condition to think. About the problems, it has been a struggle to deal with this change since I used to do a lot of things at night. This was not really nice, but I love it. Otherwise, I would be exhausted and stressed to the point of breaking down. In conclusion, it's a fun and positive change.

Well, if I do, if I don’t sleep enough hour yet, I will be stouted and my brain will not come in its best condition to think. And well, about the problems, it’s kind of struggle to deal with this kind of time since I did a lot of things in the nighttime. And also this is not really nice. But I love it. Otherwise I will be exhausted and gonna be stressed to death. It’s a fun and positive change in conclusion.
