about a recently positive change that I made is about the sleeping my sleeping schedule like yeah the time before I usually sleep really late it’s more than 10 o’clock. I remember it’s somewhat nearly 12 o’clock and at the time I was extremely exalted, frustrated and not ready to do anything for tomorrow since people should sleep for at least 8 hours during the day and I just did 6 hours out of them. I don’t even take a small nap in the afternoon though. And so my change was to sleep more frequently and earlier. Well, this thing has caused somewhat terrible problem about my itinerary and time management but it also improves my body a lot. Not only my body, but also my sanity. It helps me, it helps myself clear the mind, focus on many things, which also play an important role in helping me focus, to stay focused. What’s it? Well, if I do, if I don’t sleep enough hour yet, I will be stouted and my brain will not come in its best condition to think. And well, about the problems, it’s kind of struggle to deal with this kind of time since I did a lot of things in the nighttime. And also this is not really nice. But I love it. Otherwise I will be exhausted and gonna be stressed to death. It’s a fun and positive change in conclusion.
