So about two months ago, I ordered some groceries through an online delivery platform that was not Food Panda. They delivered groceries through their online platform, and I have a nearby shop to my home located in Mohamodpur. I ordered some items, usually fruits and vegetables, along with some lean chicken breast meat. After some time, let's say around 30 minutes, the food arrived, but I saw that there were no lean chicken breasts that I ordered. Instead, there were boneless chicken breasts that should have been in my grocery list, and I also paid for that item through the online transaction method using my credit card. I was charged for the chicken breast item, but when I opened the grocery bag that was delivered to me, I saw there was no chicken breast in the bag. I thought that I had paid for this. Why didn't I get this item? After that, I went to the app and filed a complaint. A customer representative reached out to me and asked what the problem was. I told him that some of the items were missing, mainly the chicken breast. There was also a toothpaste that was missing, but the main issue was the chicken breast because that was very expensive. I told him that the chicken breast was missing and asked if he could please refund the amount of money that I paid through the online system. They handled the situation very professionally. They told me they were very sorry that I did not receive my lean chicken breast because at that time, I did not have any meat at home. If I did not have any meat at home, then what would I cook? I was looking forward to dinner. I was very hungry and wanted some chicken breast meat that I could marinate and cook. I was very disappointed after seeing that the chicken breast was not there.
