During a night was journey when I was traveling to Cox’s weather from Dhaka with my friends in a vacation. During the journey I was very tired and sleepy. I almost fell asleep as soon as the bus started. Due to my tiredness when the bus stopped for a 20 minute break I decided to get off and have some food with my friends. Due to my tiredness I forgot to take my phone with me and I realized only after I reached Cox’s weather I immediately tried to call the phone but I could not reach it because it was switched off. So I go to the tourist police station and complain about losing my phone. They asked for some information and my phone number and some proof of my phone and the color of my phone and also which brand it was. So I provide them the details. After I stayed in Cox’s weather for 7 days after 3 days of my complaint one of the police called in my friend’s phone and told that they find the phone. After that we go to the police station and they told me that they track the phone immediately and catch the thief also and recover the phone. They wanted to hand over to me and then I provide some proof that it was my phone. Then they hand over the phone to me. I was very happy because of their service. They have taken a quick action, tracked my phone down and captured the thief and returned the phone to me when I was in Cox’s weather. Some people say that police in our country do their work properly but in my case they provide a very good service and I was very satisfied with that result of my complaint.
