So it is crucial and essential for a person to think about what they did and what they want to do so they can be grateful for what they have been done today and the future. And this conversation changed my perspective completely because I never thought anything of this and due to the fact that I am a lazy person it hits me hard so it changed me to become a person that not lazy anymore.
